Sometimes we all just need someone to talk to. At naelle we want to incorporate the sense of wellbeing and community into everything and anything that we do. We are qualified Mental Health First Aiders so this means: -We have an in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing -Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues -Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress -Offering non-judgemental listening space and shoulder to lean on Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support Being a Mental Health First Aider doesn’t mean we are Doctors by any means but we are here to help provide a slight release if you will, to someone who may need it. We are impartial and pass no judgement, we are just here to listen and advise where we can.
